Well, most countries and all 50 states provide for some form or type of citizen’s arrest in this day of rude rage and violent behavior, we strongly urge you not to try to make a citizen’s arrest if you happen to find yourself in a circumstance where you are absorbing what you believe is a crime in process we think the better action is to absorb what is going on, protect yourself and your family but as soon as possible alert the authorities by calling 911 or if you know the local number of the police stations, call that number.
