Hello! I’m Leonardo Martinez at legendary beads in Austin, today I’m gonna show you how to make wire jewelry, I’ve already made 1 earring here and I’m going to make the other side. In doing this you’ll need a 20 gauge wire preferably about 7 or 6 inches and about 2 feet of 26 gauge wire. What I did was use any kind of form here, eye glass holders where work today. Wrapping around eye-glass holders, leaving about an inch on 1 side, twisting, locking it in.

Snip flush (watch your eyes), now you have your form, taking your round nose pliers making your loop on top. Now what you want to do is take your wire, hold them evenly and wrap. Once you get about 3 wraps, squeeze it in, snip even, go ahead and add a bead at this time. It doesn’t matter where you’re going with this, as long as you secure your wire, move it back and fort, how were you really feel in anybody’s game when add your next bead, I think we had him on the bottom so I’m kind of marry each other.

I think I had a small bead, here’s your tools. Finished, just wrap your top, snip; make sure that’s nice and tight, and then to tight-in everything up, little right angles on the wire, your hook. Close your door and your hook. And this is how you make wire jewelry.
