How to Use a Circumflex Accent in a Windows Document
The circumflex accent is a character that’s use to the vowels and languages like French that use in Roman alphabet. Open the character now by opening the start menu and choosing programs then accessories and then system tools followed by character map then select the font that you want to use. Once you selected the font, locate the vowel on the circumflex that you want to use. You can scroll down to locate all the different characters. In this example, let’s trying “ê” the circumflex accent, once you selected the letter, click the copy button to copy the vowel to the clipboard. Now you can go to your document and insert your cursor at this part where you want to insert the vowel in the circumflex. Once you selected that’s spots, you can simply paste it into the document by pressing control plus “v” from the keyboard or paste from the edit menu.
