How to Master Common E-mail Slang

Here's why: Its Internet slang, it’s used in chat rooms, emails, and social networking on the Internet. LOL is laugh out loud, IMHO is in my honest opinion. There are thousands of terms like that out there that are people using short cuts to type in the email and text messaging and in chat rooms. It is important for you to know what some of them are, and if you want to master them, the best way to do it is to go out to some of the chat rooms and look at them, google some of the terms on the internet. If you have a teen, and you want to know what they are talking about, it could look like code to you, so don’t be afraid to ask them either, because teens typically are the masters of the internet slang and lingo. So, the best thing to do is look up some of the terms and lists on the internet and sit and watch a chat room and you can see some of the things go by. And you know, a lot of times you will have to figure things out what they are saying in there, but like they say, through repetition you will be able to learn.
