Dog Breeds : How to Select a Chihuahua

When you’re considering to select a Chihuahua you might to back up a little bit and make sure that this is the breed for you. They’re absolutely adorable little dogs and they fit very well into homes that have done the research and make sure that this is the right dog for the family but they can have issues with other dogs and they can be a little more difficult to train they don’t tend to be terribly affectionate, now all of these things said every breed of dog are general characteristics in individual dog are always going to not follow they will always be individual so don’t follow the general characteristics of the breed but these are things to consider.

Now I strongly recommend this with any breed of dog that you do the research talk to people who have the breed. Make sure that this is the right breed for you before you go out and attempt to purchase one. They are a generally easy to groomed and they would potentially shed so take all of these things to consideration we’re talking about a very small dog probably about 6 pounds they are fairly active dogs they don’t need a lot of exercise in general and when you’re looking at a specific breed of dog consider always going to a very reputable breeder who breeds on small quantities and trying to better the breed so that they’re looking at not just the look of the dog but also the temperament and the health of the dog. And then if you’re having this span of extra money and give yourself a good feeling to put consider rescuing for a reputable rescue.
